Otto’s career began assisting on music videos with artists such as David Bowie, Eurythmics and Iggy Pop. He then moved into post-production, working on sound design and special effects at Bray Studios in Windsor.
Over the years, Otto has edited and filmed many different formats of film and music video, but he grew more interested in documentaries as a powerful way to convey ideas and as a tool for creating lasting social change.

Ludovic's passion for cinema and cinematography was instrumental in his decision to found Broxstar Productions. Since then, he has travelled the globe filming some of the Earth’s most wondrous moments; from earthlings to spacelings and everything in between.
His work has included directing an advert for Virgin’s groundbreaking space venture Virgin Galactic, filming documentaries in Madagascar and across Africa, to operating Steadicams for high-end car commercials and shorts, including Tesla, Bentley, Rolls Royce and Jaguar. He is most well known for bringing cutting-edge technologies to his craft, creating an emotional visual experience and bringing his unique cinematic style to the big screen. This is all clearly displayed in the spectacular EATING OUR WAY TO EXTINCTION.
KATE WINSLET

Putting her full support behind the film is British actress and Academy Award winner Kate Winslet. As a strong role model for our younger generations and mother of three, Kate has been a long time believer in significantly limiting meat for its health and environmental benefits. With an acting career that spans over two decades and seven Academy Award nominations to her name, Kate says about the film: “This film shows us that we can be powerful, not powerless.”
KIAN TAVAKKOLI

Kian was a leading figure in a 2011 stage production in California, USA, which brought together a cast of Emmy and Grammy award-winning composers and artists in a multi-cultural musical. She has a lifelong passion for environmental and humanitarian issues; her collaboration with the World Preservation Foundation included the production of an internationally broadcast climate change conference involving renowned scientists and members of the UK parliament. With an extensive background in corporate management, Kian now brings her breadth of experience and vision of positive societal transformation to ‘EATING OUR WAY TO EXTINCTION’.
MARK GALVIN

Mark is a founder and director of the World Preservation Foundation, a sustainability research and non-for profit organisation, working to reduce global warming particularly through tree planting. Mark has organised international climate change related conferences and events across Europe featuring world-leading speakers and delegates. Mark brought his considerable expertise to coordinate the Leaders’ Conference 2010 in the UK Houses of Parliament.

Magnus Hollo is a hugely experienced Chairman, Transformation and Change Strategist, CEO and film producer, developing, transforming and growing successful businesses. Previously, Magnus spent 15 years working for major Hollywood studios as Managing Director for Sony Pictures, Managing Director and SVP for Paramount Pictures and as Head of International Sales for DreamWorks studios.In the last 5 years Magnus has focused his energy on helping companies and media projects with their sustainability journeys and developing environmentally friendly businesses and brands.
PAUL BARTON
Director of Photography
Paul has worked as a cinematographer in the Film and Television industry for over 20 years, working across a broad spectrum of projects from 35mm commercials to dramas and trailers. He has produced work for all the terrestrial broadcasters and many independent production companies. Paul has created beautiful adverts for the likes of Coca-Cola, Aston Martin, Ford, and Toyota to name but a few.
JAMES WILKS

James Wilks is a mixed martial artist best known for winning Season 9 of The Ultimate Fighter. He also serves as a combatives trainer for government agencies including the US Marshals, US Marines, US Army Rangers and US Navy SEALs.

Simon started his career building products at eBay & Paypal in their early days. He later founded and successfully exited two startups to Fortune 100 companies. His expertise is in digital marketing and product strategy. He is currently an angel investor & advisor at Berkeley SkyDeck and Techstar Accelerator.
HANNAH HARSENT

Hannah has worked in Production Management roles for many years, including not just film but event and premiere launches across the globe. She has worked on an array of different projects, including documentaries such as Manolo: The Boy Who Made Shoes for Lizards, travelling all over the world filming in the Amazon Rainforest and the Gobi Desert, and launching her own sustainable Events company Living For Tomorrow. Her love for the planet and her passion for the environment has always led her to projects that she feels will make the biggest impact.
CASSANDRA WONG

Cassandra Wong’s career began in theatre as an actor and a singer in Borneo, Malaysia. After receiving a Master's in producing, directing, and writing for theatre in the UK, she moved into filmmaking. Passionate for social change, she wanted to make a documentary that could reach more people around the world.

Patrick is one of the founding members of the World preservation Foundation, a sustainability research and non-for profit organisation, working to reduce global warming particularly through tree planting. Patrick has extensive experience in the environmental movement including climate change conferences and events industry for over 15 years, lending his camera and video editing skills as well as technical support.
